Kid's Easy Strawberry Pizza

1  package of roll sugar cookie dough (or make home made- 1/2 c. powdered sugar,1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour)
1 cup confectioner's sugar                          
1 t. vanilla                                                                  
2 lbs. fresh strawberries, sliced                                  
1 8-oz. cream cheese
1 8-oz. container of whipped cream
Glaze:
1 c. strawberry juice
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
Cook til thick, cool and add to strawberries

Mix cookie dough and spread on round pizza pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and confectioner's sugar and spread in a layer over the cooled baked cookie. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and in glaze. Then add the whipped cream as a final layer. Place halved strawberries on top or other fresh fruit as desired.

Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

You can never go wrong with cheesecake. Now you can have it anytime with only half the calories and fat, but high in taste using Strawberry Fields Hydroponic strawberries!

       3 oz. cream cheese softened
       1 can sweetened condensed milk
       1 banana
       1 cup fresh strawberries
       1  8oz. can of crushed pineapple, with juice
       2 tbs. lemon juice concentrate
       1 cup of crushed ice

*garnish with fresh strawberries if desired
Blend in blender in the order given, enjoy!

STRAWBERRY WONDER

1 lg. box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 stick butter (no substitutes)
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
2 qts. fresh strawberries

Beat the eggs into the butter and sugar and spread over the crumbs then you bake @350 just until lightly brown, then take out let cool.

Sprinkle half of crumbs in a 13 x 9 glass pan. Cream softened butter and sugar; beat in eggs one at a time and continue beating until very creamy. Spread mixture carefully over crumbs. Wash and hull berries; layer berries over butter mixture. Whip cream until quite stiff and spread over berries. Top with remaining crumbs. Cover and refrigerate 8 hrs. or overnight. Top each serving with a stemmed berry.
